- Parboil ducks using celery, onion and salt till semi-tender. Dust cooking bag with flour, stuff ducks with sauerkraut. Place in bag, breast side down. Place unused sauerkraut around ducks. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Open top of bag, brown ducks for 10 min. (I remove skin after ducks are parboiled.)
