Ingredientes

  • 8 cabbage leaves, large
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. grated (Parmesan) hard cheese
  • 1 lg. onion, finely minced
  • 1 hard boiled egg, minced fine
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 lg. can tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Scald, drain and cold cabbage leaves. Mix lowfat milk, meat, rice, egg, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Place on leaves roll, fold and tie. Brown the rolls in the butter. Put in baking pan, add in the drippings and 1 large can tomatoes. Cover tightly and bake in moderate oven for 45 min. Uncover, add in the lowfat sour cream and cook for 10 min more at low temperature.
