- Over medium heat, heat extra virgin olive oil and ginger till ginger turns light brown, add in chicken and brown. Add in celery and cover to steam celery, (about 5 min). Should still be crunchy. Set aside. Combine sesame oil and garlic and heat over medium heat; add in zucchini squash, onions and sprouts. Steam vegetables, don't over heat. Should be crunchy. Add in soy sauce and serve over rice with chicken dish on side. Serves 5 to 6.
