Ingredientes

  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg

Direcciones

  1. With a fork, mix together first 4 ingredients. In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients. Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork till all ingredients are moistened. Then with hands mold dough in a ball. Refrigerateat least 15 min before rolling it into desired shape. Or possibly, it can be frzn. Yield: 2 (9 inch) double crust pies or possibly 3 (9 inch) shells.
