Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows, frzn

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.2In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar till smooth. Beat in the Large eggs, one at a time then stir in theorange extract. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir intothe sugar mix. Mix in the chocolate chips and frzn marshmallows. Dropdough by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.3Bake for 20 to 22minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from cookie sheets to cold on wireracks.
