- Work together by hand using a wooden spoon or possibly by hand the following: lowfat milk, sugar, nuts, and coconut. Cover and refrigerate3 hrs. Roll into balls (about 1 tsp. of mix for each ball.) Put balls on a baking sheet; cover and refrigerate8 hrs or possibly longer. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Heat shortening and chocolate. Drop balls, one at a time, into chocolate; place on wax paper. Chill till chocolate hardens.
