- 1 cup all-purpose or white whole wheat flour, (or 1 ¼ cups all-purpose gluten-free flour mix combined with ¼ tsp. xanthan gum)
- 1/8th tsp. salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats (or old-fashioned gluten-free oats, or quinoa flakes)
