Receta Gourmet Chicken Livers

- Rinse and drain livers removing fat. In 4-6 qt pan heat 4 T of the butter over medium heat. Add in onion and saute till soft but not brown. Add in livers to onion and stir till they loose their red color. Add in salt, cinnamon, pepper and nutmeg; stir. Add in water. Cover and simmer 10 min.Saute celery in remaining butter and add in parsley, about 10 min. Add in this mix and lemon juice to livers. Simmer, covered, 15 min. Serve over hot cooked rice.
