Ingredientes

  • 200 gm Cabbage
  • 50 gm Onion
  • 1 x Fresh chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 25 ml Water
  • 50 gm Grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric juice 1/2 lime

Direcciones

  1. Wash and shred the cabbage and place in a pan. Chop onion and chilli and add in to the cabbage. salt and water and cook for 5 min. Stir, then add in the coconut, pepper and turmeric and cook for a further 2-3 min.
  2. Sprinkle with lime juice prior to Servlng.
