Ingredientes

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 heaping tbsp. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Mix crumbs, flour, and baking pwdr together. 1/2 c. butter 3 egg yolks
  2. Cream sugar and butter together. Add in yolks and beat till creamy.
  3. Add in lowfat milk and dry ingredients alternately to creamed sugar. 1 c. minced pecans
  4. Fold egg whites into batter. Add in nuts.
  5. Bake 50 min at 350 degrees in greased and floured torte pan or possibly bake 25 min in 2 (9 inch) cake tins.
  6. Slice torte when cold and put layers together with butter frosting.
