Ingredientes
1 quart. buttermilk or possibly any sour lowfat milk
1 c. sugar
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon soda
2 tbsp. melted shortening
4 c. whole wheat flour
Sufficient white flour to make moderately stiff dough
Direcciones
Pour into bread pans and let stand 1 hour. Bake 50 to 60 min in 350 degree oven. Raisins or possibly nutmeats may be added, if you like.
