Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. solid pack pumpkin (Libby's)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Glaze (recipe follows)

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, cream butter, egg and vanilla; beat till light and creamy. Add in dry ingredients; mix well. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheets. Smooth tops of cookies. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on wire racks. Drizzle with glaze. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
