Ingredientes

  • 1 quart. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. rice (scant)
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Scald lowfat milk in top of double boiler. Add in rice and cook over simmering water one hour. Put lid on pot while simmering; stir often especially the first fifteen min to twenty min; beat Large eggs and sugar together and add in to the rice mix, stirring vigorously with a fork. Add in vanilla and remove from heat; pudding will thicken as it cools.
