Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 T lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 or possibly 5 ripe bananas
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cream together Crisco and sugar. Add in large eggs and mix well.
  2. In separate bowl put together baking pwdr, soda, salt and flour. Add in to creamed mix. Mash bananas and add in to mix. Add in remaining ingredients. Divide into 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle tops with extra granulated sugar. Bake one hour or possibly till top is brown and dry.
