Ingredientes

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 3/4 c. Grandma's molasses
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add in molasses, Crisco, butter, lowfat milk and large eggs. Beat all ingredients 3 min. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till ginger bread leaves edge of pan.
