Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 finely minced onion
  • 1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except onion soup mix. Add in onion soup to 2 to 3 c. boiling water. Shape meat mix into small balls and drop into boiling soup mix. Simmer till meat is done. Thicken soup with flour and water to make gravy.
