Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. peaches or possibly desired fruit
  • 1/2 - 1 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat stick of butter in pan. Make batter of sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk. Pour batter over melted butter. Mix fruit and remaining 1/2 to 1 c. sugar and pour over batter. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour.
