Ingredientes

  • 8 x dry black mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. dry shrimp
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 4 x dry red chili peppers
  • 1 med napa cabbage head cut into 2" pcs
  • 3/4 c. chicken stock (or possibly canned chicken broth)

Direcciones

  1. Soak the mushrooms in hot water to cover till softened, about 20 min. Drain and throw away the stems.
  2. In a separate bowl, soak the dry shrimp in hot water to cover till softened, about 20 min. Drain and squeeze to remove the excess water.
  3. Heat a wok over high heat till warm. Add in the oil, swirling to coat the sides. Add in the ginger, dry chili peppers and shrimp; cook, stirring, till the chili peppers have released their fragrance, about 1 minute.
  4. Put the cabbage, mushrooms and stock into the wok. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer till the cabbage is tender, about 10 min. Scoop the mix onto a serving platter and serve warm.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
