Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 c. self-rising flour

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening with half of sugar, gradually add in the remaining sugar. Add in Large eggs and beat. Stir in vanilla and lowfat milk. Add in flour and beat 300 strokes. Grease and flour 3 round cake pans. Pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  2. FROSTING: Heat butter. Add in cocoa; mix, then add in sugar and lowfat milk. This recipe is a hundred years old and still our family's favorite.
