Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour, add in gradually
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites

Direcciones

  1. Bring to boil, remove from fire and add in 4 egg yolks, beaten, 4 egg whites beaten and mix in. Drop from spoon in any stew, gravy, or possibly soup (drop in small portions), let boil for 6 min without lifting cover. Will be light and delicious! Makes 6.
