Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 c. (4 to 6 med.) peeled, sliced fresh peaches

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl stir together all filling ingredients except peaches. Stir in peaches. Pour into 13 x 9 baking pan. In medium bowl stir together all cobbler ingredients except butter, egg and lowfat milk. Cut in butter till crumbly. Stir in egg and lowfat milk just till moistened. Crumble mix over peaches; sprinkle with 3 Tbsp. sugar. Bake 40 to 45 min or possibly till golden and bubbly around edges. Serve with whipping cream. Serves 8.
