Ingredientes

  • 3 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. sunflower seeds or possibly pecans
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 ounce. Eagle Brand lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan with greased aluminum foil. Mix all ingredients together and press into pan till flat. Bake for 25 to 30 min. When cold, cut into bars. Makes 48 bars.
