Ingredientes

  • 4 c. dry oatmeal
  • 4 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/3 pound sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. peanuts
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. dry lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 5 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. honey or possibly Karo syrup
  • 1/4 c. chocolate or possibly butterscotch chips

Direcciones

  1. Combine all dry ingredients. Beat Large eggs, oil and honey and pour over dry, mixing well with hands. Press into ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 min at 250 degrees. Press down again before it cools completely. Cut into bars.
