Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla Grape jelly

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour once, measure.
  2. Combine baking pwdr, salt and Large eggs in bowl.. Place over smaller bowl of warm water, and beat with rotary egg beater, adding sugar gradually till mix becomes thick and light-colored. Remove bowl from over warm water.
  3. Mix in flour and vanilla.
  4. Pour into pan, 13 1/2x 8 1/2 inches, lined with greased paper.
  5. Bake in warm oven (400 degrees) 13 min.
  6. Turn from pan at once onto cloth covered with powdered sugar.
  7. Remove paper.
  8. Quickly cut off crisp edges of cake.
  9. Spread with jelly and roll.
  10. Wrap in cloth till cold.
