Receta grapefruit yogurt cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt (i used greek style plain)
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 extra-large eggs
  • zest of two large grapefruits
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • for the glaze:
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (i used a little less - about 1 and a half)
