Receta Great Grandma's Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredientes

1 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 2 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tbsp. melted shortening 2 tbsp. cocoa Nuts (optional) 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

1. Add in nuts, lowfat milk and vanilla last. Pour batter into large pie plate. Mix 1/2 c. granulated and 1/2 c. brown sugar and 3 Tbsp. cocoa. Sprinkle on top of batter. Pour 1 c. cool water on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
