Ingredientes

2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk 1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor

1 1/2 c. ice cream, any flavor 1 1/2 c. crushed ice

Direcciones

1. Pour lowfat milk into blender. Add in pudding mix, ice cream and ice. Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Serve at once. Makes 6 c..
