Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. molasses (dark Karo)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Sliced onions
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 3 pound pot roast (watermelon cut or possibly rump roast)

Direcciones

  1. Mix together first 3 ingredients. Place 3 lb. roast in Dutch oven. Cover with sliced onion, mix and 2 c. warm water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Serve with mashed potatoes, etc. The gravy can be slightly thickened with cornstarch.
