Receta Great Tuna Casserole

- Minced small
- Cook noodles al dente, rinse with cool water, drain, and toss with a little extra virgin olive oil. Put aside and cover to keep soft.
- Saute/fry onions, peppers, celery in extra virgin olive oil for about 5 min. Throw in the pimentos. Set aside.
- In a large deep skillet, mix together the mayonaise, celery soup, lowfat milk and Sherry. Cook a few min till well blended, then add in sauted ingredients.
- Drain the tuna, flake and put in the sauce. Cook for a couple of min, stirring gently.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles and sauce till well blended.
- Transfer to small casserole dishes or possibly one large (your choice) and sprinkle with bread crumbs and slivered almonds. Salt & pepper to taste when served.
