Ingredientes

  • 4 x America's Cut (1-1/2-inch-thick boneless center loin pork chops)
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dry rosemary, crumbled
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 3/4 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 x Thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced green onion

  2. Combine extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic. Pour over chops in a heavy plastic bag and seal. Chill 4-24 hrs. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-warm coals. Remove chops from marinade, reserve marinade. Grill chops 12-15 min, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (Or possibly: broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 min)
  3. Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients, chill several hrs to allow flavors to blend. Spoon some sauce over grilled chops to serve and serve remaining sauce on side.
