Ingredientes

  • 2 can (15 ounce.) Lima Beans, liquid removed liquid reserved
  • 4 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Mint
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Chopped Red Onions Salt to taste Grnd Black Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor, puree the lima beans, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and mint. If needed, add in about 1/4 c. of the reserved bean liquid to aid in pureeing. Add in the extra virgin olive oil and process till smooth and creamy. Mix in the red onions by hand and add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature, or possibly refrigeratefor at least an hour and serve cool.
