Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 lb feta cheese
  • 1 stk butter, for cheese mix
  • 1 stk butter, melted
  • 1 stk butter, melted Pepper Phyllo dough

Direcciones

  1. Mix feta cheese and butter till crumbly. Add in Large eggs. Pepper to taste. Heat butter; grease pan (cookie sheet). Use 2 to 3 inch wide strip of Phyllo and place small portion of cheese mix in center of triangle and fold entire length in triangle shape. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 min, till golden.
