Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sweet butter or possibly low fat, low cholesterol butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 Large eggs or possibly egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ounce. of anizette (or possibly whiskey)
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 1/2 lbs. all-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl mix together flour and baking pwdr and set aside. Cream butter in electric mixer till soft. Blend sugar with butter, add in Large eggs one by one (or possibly egg whites and blend well). Add in anizette (or possibly whiskey) and vanilla, mix thoroughly. Take all these ingredients and pour into a flour mix and knead till dough can be rolled without breaking. Using butter on hands roll dough into different shapes (small amounts of dough to make the shapes).
  2. Place cookie on ungreased cookie sheets. Brush tops of cookies with egg and lowfat milk mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min on top rack or possibly 5 to 20 min on middle rack. Makes 120 cookies.
