Ingredientes

  • 5 slc hard white sandwiches bread crusts removed, torn into pcs
  • 5 lrg garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. sliced blanched almonds grnd fine in a food processor Salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil plus
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl soak bread in 1/4 c. water 15 min and squeeze out excess water. Chop 5 garlic cloves and in a food processor puree with almonds, bread, and salt to taste till fluffy and very smooth. With motor running add in oil in a slow stream, blending till sauce is emulsified and blend in lemon juice.
  2. Transfer dipping sauce to a small bowl.
