Ingredientes
1 Cup Uncle Ben's Converted Rice (this is a must)
2 1/2 Cups chicken broth
1 Cube (1/2 Cup) Unsweetened Butter
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

In heavy sauce pan pour chicken broth and bring to a boil, set aside.
In an other heavy sauce place butter and slowly melt.
When butter is melted pour in rice and lightly saute.
When rice is just golden, about 5 minutes, begin adding chicken broth, 1/2 cup at a time.
When each 1/2 cup is absorbed add the next 1/2 cup, the broth and rice should be boiling rapidly. As you add the last 1/2 cup of hot broth shut off rice and add lemon juice.
Cover the rice pot with a lid and let sit for 5 minutes.
