Ingredientes

  • 4 pound roast
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, sliced
  • Oregano, dry leaves
  • Pepper, grnd black

Direcciones

  1. Stab roast 1 1/2" deep and insert garlic slices and 1/4 tsp. oregano per slit. Coat roast lightly with grnd black pepper and rubbed dry oregano leaves. Plan to roast 24 min per lb. in 350 degree oven. Use a thermometer to test for doneness (175 internal temperature).
