Greek Spinach Pie

Ingredientes

1 pound Ricotta cheese
1 (10 ounce.) pkg. spinach, thawed and liquid removed, or possibly 1 pkg. fresh, steamed and liquid removed
1 c. (4 ounce.) Feta cheese
3 Large eggs, lightly beaten

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Turn into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min, or possibly till a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
