Greek Spinach Quiche

Ingredientes

  • Pie crust for 9-inch pan
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 min. Remove from oven and prick with fork. Bake for 5 min. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well. Pour mix into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till set. Let stand 10 min.
