  • 1 lb ground beef, lamb or pork
  • 3/4 cup onion minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp cumin
  • Pitted Kalamate Olives
  • 4-4 1/2 inch lollipop sticks

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a bowl combine the first seven ingredients. Mix well
  3. Place one olive at the end of a lillipop stick. Using the mixture make a flat half dollar in your hand and wrap around the olive. Finished it should be a bit bigger than a regular tootsie pop to all for shrinkage when baking
  4. Place pops on a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment. Bake 29 min or until cooked through. Drain on paper towels and serve with tzatziki sauce
