Receta Green Bean Soup
This Green Bean Soup is perfect for any time of the year. Serve with breadsticks. You can omit the ground beef and make a meatless meal, or you add diced chicken or ham.
Green Bean Soup

- Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) bag frozen pearl onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 6 cups beef broth
- 2 large potatoes, scrubbed and chopped
- 2 (12 oz.) bags frozen green beans
Directions:
In a dutch oven over medium heat, add ground beef, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce, crumble the meat as it cooks, cook until no longer pink. Add pearl onions and garlic, cook another 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
