Receta Green Bean & Walnut Salad

- Blanch green beans for 4-5 min. Chill. Chop mint leaves. Add in to green beans. Set aside.
- For Dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic. Add in walnuts, red onion and feta cheese to beans. Pour dressing over bean mix and toss to coat. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serves 4-6.
