Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 x scallions, trimmed and sliced diagonally
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 c. diagonally sliced green beans
  • 2 c. sliced red cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 c. minced fresh spinach
  • 1 c. cooked couscous or possibly pasta Tamari or possibly soy sauce, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Makes 4 servings. VEGAN
  2. In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
  3. Stir-fry scallions, garlic, gingerroot and green beans 5 min. Add in cabbage and water; cover pan and steam vegetables 2 min. Add in parsley and spinach; sir-fry till spinach wilts, about 1 minute. Add in couscous or possibly pasta; stir-fry 1 minute. Add in tamari or possibly soy sauce to taste.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
