- Makes 4 servings. VEGAN
- In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
- Stir-fry scallions, garlic, gingerroot and green beans 5 min. Add in cabbage and water; cover pan and steam vegetables 2 min. Add in parsley and spinach; sir-fry till spinach wilts, about 1 minute. Add in couscous or possibly pasta; stir-fry 1 minute. Add in tamari or possibly soy sauce to taste.
