Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Fresh green beans -or possibly-
  • 2 can (16-ounce) French style green beans
  • 1 x Onion, sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 4 tsp Vinegar Salt
  • 3 x Hard-boiled Large eggs, minced

Direcciones

  1. Steam fresh beans till tender or possibly cook canned beans for 10 min with no seasonings. Drain. Layer green beans and sliced onion and marinate overnight in oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Drain EXTRA WELL before serving. Serve with egg sauce.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
  3. Chill OVERNIGHT
