Green Beans With Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. low-fat low-sodium broth low-sodium broth
  • 1 sm shallot chopped
  • 1 lb trimmed green beans cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 1/2 lb sliced and stemmed shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the broth. Add in the shallots and saute/fry for 3 min.
  2. Add in the green beans and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5 min. Add in the soy sauce. Cover and steam for 2 min.
  3. Preparation Time: 8 min.
  4. NOTES : This looks like a simple way to jazz up my vegetables. I'm going to try it soon.
