Green Beans With Walnut Vinaigrette

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb fresh green beans
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. walnut or possibly safflower oil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 x green onions, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. walnut pcs, toasted and coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Trim beans and leave whole. Cook in a large pot of boiling water or possibly steam 4 to 8 min or possibly till tender-crisp. Drain and immediately run under cool water to stop further cooking. Toss beans with lemon juice, oil, pepper and onions and allow to cold to room temperature or possibly refrigeratebefore serving.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and toss with walnuts just before serving. Adjust seasoning.
