Receta Green Champagne Mango Smoothie
I love Champagne mangoes! If you've never tried them, grab 'em while you can, because they are not in season long and when they come in, they go out very quickly! Read here for more info on these mangoes.
Green Champagne Mango Smoothie
- 6 kale leaves (or your favorite greens combo)
- 2 - 3 champagne mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1/2 avocado (optional)
- 1 cup young Thai coconut water
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds, ground
- coconut meatice
Mix kale and mangoes in blender with coconut water. Add remaining ingredients. Add water to desired consistency. Add ice and blend until creamy.
