  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless pork shoulder, diced
  • 4 ounce All purpose flour
  • 16 ounce Green chiles, minced, 1-inch square
  • 6 ounce White onions, minced, 1-inch square
  • 14 ounce Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 8 ounce Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Lard
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chile pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd oregano

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat with flour in a large skillet. Add in all remaining ingredients and cook covered for approximately 20 to 30 min. Optional ingredient: Add in cooked pinto beans.
