Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 6 x Fresh green chilies, minced
  • 1 tsp Minced lemon grass
  • 1 tsp Minced coriander root
  • 1 tsp Minced shallots
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced galangal
  • 7 x Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Shrimp paste

Direcciones

  1. Place the cumin and coriander seeds in a pan, without adding any oil.
  2. Dry-fry them, stirring, for 1 to 2 min till they are aromatic and slightly browned. Lb. them with the remaining ingredients to produce a fine paste.
