Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. lime Jello
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 quarts. minced lettuce
  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans crab meat
  • 2 avocados, peeled, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin, salt, pepper, in boiling water. Add in lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar. Beat till well blended. Pour into two 8 inch square pans. Refrigeratetill hard and cut into 1 inch square pcs. Pile gelatin cubes in center of bowl. Arrange salad greens, crab meat and avocado slices around edge. Makes 8 entree servings.
