Receta Green Moong Dal Sundal

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups Green Moong Dal
  • ¼ cup shredded Coconut (fresh or dry)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Bengal Gram
  • ½ tsp Black Gram
  • 2 dry Red Chilies
  • Salt
  • Preparation:
  • Wash and soak moong dal overnight. Then pressure-cook the dal for 3 whistles.
